“In the Name of Love: Sasha and Cody’s Matchmaking Mission for Maxie Brings Shocking Surprises – GH Spoilers!”
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will keep pumping the brakes to avoid getting too close. Sasha still needs time to process everything she’s been through and truly cope with her past before she can move forward with Cody.
Although Cody would love to be more than friends, he understands Sasha’s situation and wants to be respectful of her boundaries.
However, Sasha and Cody will team up on a project that’ll connect them in a whole new way, so sticking to their plan could get tricky.
GH fans know Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) roped Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) into a ruse, so he’s pretending he lost his apartment to water damage and that he needs a new place to stay.
As part of that plan, Spinelli is paying Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) money for rent and amenities.
This was Felicia’s idea to help Maxie’s finances, but it’ll quickly lead to Maxie and Spinelli bonding under the same roof.
It won’t be long until Sasha and Cody see that this living arrangement is changing the nature of Spinelli and Maxie’s relationship.
It’ll rekindle some romantic feelings for Maxie and Spinelli, so Cody and Sasha will decide to join forces on a matchmaker plot.
That’ll bring some fun scenes as Sasha and Cody think of ways to bring Spinelli and Maxie even closer.
Of course, by playing Cupid for Maxie and Spinelli, Cody and Sasha will essentially be doing the same thing for themselves!
The romantic stirrings in Sasha and Cody’s hearts will grow stronger, so we’ll see how long they can resist stepping out of the friend zone.
As for Felicia and Spinelli’s decision to dupe Maxie, that’s going to backfire eventually.
Once Maxie gets updates on Spinelli’s lies, it could undo all Cody and Sasha’s hard work at matchmaking.
Even so, we have faith that Maxie and Spinelli just might get another chance at romance.
Likewise, this whole thing could be the push Sasha and Cody need to surrender to what they’re feeling for each other.
