General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Wednesday, December 13, reveals that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) had big news for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who learned they were in agreement about Kristina being the surrogate.

Alexis still had reservations, but Molly and Kristina explained why they felt this was the right call.

There was talk about TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) being on the same page, so Alexis offered her blessing – even thought she knew none of them needed it.

After Molly got called away for a work crisis, Alexis insisted Kristina couldn’t know what she was in for.

No amount of research or due diligence would prepare Kristina for being pregnant and how this would change her. It left Alexis questioning whether Kristina had truly considered what she wanted for herself.

Kristina didn’t like the fact that Alexis always viewed her as impulsive and pushed her mom to have faith in her.

Alexis eventually relented since Kristina was a grown woman who was capable of making her own decisions.

As Ava Jerome (Maura West) got settled back in her old penthouse, she looked in her handbag and found an envelope with another photo of deceased Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).

There was also a note that said not to tell anyone.

When Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) arrived, she talked about leasing Ava’s former home to her and could tell Ava was on edge.

Ava eventually showed Nina the note and pic, but she refused to go to the police since she had ample motive and no alibi.

Ava pointed out that there had been movers in and out of there all day. It was possible that someone snuck in during all the chaos.

Ava was convinced that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was behind the mind games and speculated that maybe he went after Austin for double-crossing him somehow.

Then again, Ava also considered the possibility that Nikolas just wanted to torment her and took Austin out to frame her.

After Ava declared that she would beat Nikolas at his own game, she turned down Nina’s offer to come stay with her.

Ava suggested that Nikolas probably had someone else doing his dirty work while Nik harassed her from afar.

Although Ava acted like she’d be fine, she locked the door in a hurry once Nina was gone and looked nervous.

Ava noticed the desk drawer was ajar, so she looked inside and found a gun along with a note that said she never knew when she’d need it.

At the dorm, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) found Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) singing and strumming his guitar in the hallway.

Once Josslyn and Trina invited Adam in their room, they got him to sing something else for them.

Trina and Josslyn thought Adam was really talented, but he acted like he was just goofing around as a way to decompress.

Adam tried to go back to studying, but Josslyn and Trina convinced him to come eat at Kelly’s with them.

That led to a conversation about Adam’s parents only being willing to pay for piano, which he didn’t really have a feel for. They considered guitar to be lowbrow, so Adam taught himself as a hobby.

Trina wondered if Adam ever thought about playing professionally, but Adam was adamant about being a doctor.

However, Trina and Josslyn supported the idea of Adam changing his major and following his passion if that’s what he wanted.

At the hospital, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) told Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) that he wanted to take care of all expenses related to celebrating Christmas at GH.

Felicia gushed over Sonny being like their very own Santa Claus, which a little girl named Lindsey (Sloan Pearson) overheard.

Lindsey argued that Sonny wasn’t Santa, so Felicia explained that he was just generous like Santa instead.

Sonny told Stella that Mike Corbin’s (Max Gail) joy over Christmas inspired him, so they took a moment to remember his father.

Elsewhere, Mr. Brennan (Charles Mesure) was out for a run when he found Donna Corinthos’ (Scarlett Spears) runaway soccer ball in the bushes.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) introduced Donna to Mr. Brennan, who insisted on buying them hot chocolate. Mr. Brennan later chatted with Carly while Donna played nearby.

That led to Mr. Brennan suggesting that he could see the resemblance between Carly and Donna, but Carly pointed out that everyone said Donna looked like her dad.

Mr. Brennan suggested it was more about likeness of spirit since Donna was open, friendly and interested without being bratty or demanding.

Carly seemed to have the same qualities as far as Mr. Brennan was concerned.

There was some talk about Carly not being afraid to push when she knew something was worth fighting for.

Mr. Brennan asked how Carly knew something was indeed worth fighting for, so she suggested she’d always stick up for her family or injustice.

At home, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about the package he found in Jameson Forsyth’s train locker, which he took to the bank and opened there.

Dante mentioned the incriminating report that was inside. Since Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) kept that report and a mountain of other evidence in her trunk, Dante suggested she had a lot of blackmail material.

Dante hinted that Anna might’ve rewritten the ‘80s a bit to make it easier to redeem herself. Sam asked if Dante trusted Anna, so he claimed that he did.

Although Dante wanted to talk to Anna, he didn’t think he had enough of a handle on the situation yet. Dante planned to go back to his safe deposit box at the bank and read the report again.

After Dante discussed the details of the report, he mentioned the passport photos of Anna, Forsyth and an unidentified man.

Dante also pulled out the wallet that he found with the documents, so Sam examined it and found a string of 21 numbers written inside.

That brought questions about whether this might be an account number or a phone number with other numbers to throw things off.

Dante wondered how these numbers related to the WSB report and whoever was after Anna.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante will deepen his investigation and invite more trouble, so stick with us for updates on all the danger.
