General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, December 12, reveals that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) found Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) strumming his guitar and assumed “Eddie Maine” was still there, but Ned insisted he was really back.

Tracy admitted how much she missed Ned, who was sorry for what he put her through.

After Tracy said no apology was necessary, she suggested she was just grateful to have the son she loved standing in front of her.

However, Tracy moved past the emotional moment quickly and pushed Ned to stop Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) from taking control of ELQ.

Outside Deception’s door, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) overheard Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) on a phone call about her financial struggles. Once Brook Lynn appeared, she confessed that she was eavesdropping.

Brook Lynn showed off her engagement ring, so Maxie excitedly congratulated her and learned Brook Lynn was hoping to marry Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) in the new year.

Maxie wondered if Brook Lynn was pregnant since it was happening awfully fast, but Brook Lynn denied it and said Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) just didn’t believe in long engagements.

After Maxie agreed to be Brook Lynn’s wedding planner, she opened up about her mountain of debt and left Brook Lynn feeling guilty since her spying started the mess.

Brook Lynn offered up money since she was a trust fund baby, but Maxie refused to let BLQ bail her out.

Later, Brook Lynn met up with Tracy and told her that she’d had a change of heart about coming to work at Deception, so Tracy couldn’t wait to show her the ropes.

At Crimson, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) visited Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) and admitted it felt like her bio mom had been pulling away.

It left Willow wondering if she’d said or done something to make Nina more distant.

Nina insisted she was just swamped with work and got Willow’s help deciding what to get the children for Christmas.

When Willow suggested Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could watch their grandkids open presents at the Christmas Eve gathering, Nina hoped Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) would be OK with that.

Willow didn’t see why it’d be a problem since it was the holidays.

Once Ned arrived, he taunted Nina by suggesting he had news about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but he just said Drew was spending Christmas in Australia for a business deal.

Willow already knew and took off, which left Ned to get down to the business of what he really wanted.

Ned hoped to make a deal with Nina and said he’d keep taking the SEC blame if she’d get him some useful insider info.

Nina didn’t see how she could do that, but Ned pointed out that Aurora was Crimson’s parent company and argued that Nina was very resourceful.

If Nina didn’t come through with something that’d give Ned an advantage over Michael and Drew, then he’d tell Willow the truth about Nina being the SEC snitch.

At Kelly’s, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) made a heartfelt pitch to get back together with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), but she acted like their moment had passed and didn’t think either of them should settle.

Although Liesl suggested they wouldn’t have a happy ending, she hoped Scott could find one for himself.

Back at Deception on Tuesday’s GH episode, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) admitted to Maxie that she may have made a mistake by having drinks with Scott.

Maxie didn’t see what the big deal was since Lucy had done that many times before, but Lucy worried about what would happen if they crossed the friendship line.

Lucy really didn’t want to lose Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and pointed out that Scott was the catalyst for some of the worst decisions of her entire life.

Suddenly, Scott appeared in the doorway and wound up speaking to Lucy privately.

Since Scott was headed to Florida for a visit with Serena Baldwin (Carly Schroeder), he invited Lucy to tag along on the trip.

As for Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he scored the contents of the train locker and headed to the bank.

That’s where Dante got a safe deposit box and privately examined the contents of the package from the locker.

Dante found the report that was stolen from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and a wallet along with small photos of Anna, Jameson Forsyth and a much younger Mr. Brennan (Charles Mesure) – though Dante didn’t recognize him.

Dante took the wallet before putting the report in the safe deposit box and heading off to meet Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Back at Kelly’s, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) gave Sam updates on her decision to be Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) surrogate.

Since Sam could tell that Kristina had really thought things through this time, she supported her sister’s decision.

Sam worried about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) since she hadn’t heard back from him, but Kristina offered reassurance before leaving.

When Willow showed up, she apologized for startling Sam and discussed Christmas plans with her.

Soon after, Dante walked through the door, so Sam ran into his arms and looked relieved as she hugged him.

At Kelly’s counter nearby, Mr. Brennan suggested it might be time for Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt) to leave town, but he wanted Hume to find the stolen report first.

Hume insisted they were working on following the trail, but Mr. Brennan said this wouldn’t be happening if Forsyth hadn’t been eliminated prematurely. Forsyth was much more valuable when he was alive.

If they continued to search for the report, Hume pointed out that it could leave them exposed and asked if it was worth the risk.

Mr. Brennan acted like it’d be riskier to let the report fall into the wrong hands since it could compromise both the WSB and Pikeman.

If Forsyth had passed along the report to someone else, they’d have to be dealt with.

Behind Brennan and Hume’s tense conversation, Dante embraced Sam and put her mind at ease.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante could face some scary situations thanks to the evidence he’s in possession of, so stay tuned!
