General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, December 18, reveals that Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) flirted with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in the plaza and hinted about Kristina coming over to her place.

Blaze reached for Kristina’s hand, but then she pulled away suddenly when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) appeared.

Brook Lynn was glad to see Blaze and Kristina were getting along well, so Blaze said you could never have too many friends. Kristina seemed a little deflated since Blaze was hiding their true connection.

Once Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) and Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) got back from the hot chocolate stand, Leo spilled the beans to Violet about Santa not being real.

Leo insisted it was scientifically impossible for Santa to visit all those kids in one night, but Blaze told Chase and Brook Lynn that she’d handle this.

That led to Blaze talking about an old vocal teacher who told her she’d never be able to hit a high note. With a little practice and some belief in the impossible, Blaze could now sing it with ease.

Violet accepted that Santa was like that too and was excited when Blaze agreed to give her vocal lessons.

Once the others left, Kristina got her personal time with Blaze back on track, but she couldn’t shake the memory of Blaze concealing their romance earlier.

At The Invader, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about his plans to ask Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to skydive with him, but Alexis didn’t think Tracy would be on board.

Alexis suggested Gregory could just cross that item off his bucket list alone, but Gregory wanted to make memories with other people before he was trapped alone with his thoughts.

In the end, Alexis decided she’d skydive with Gregory and get a good story to tell the grandkids out of it.

At GH, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) let Dr. Navarro (Christina Ferraro) know that they wanted to move forward with Kristina as their new surrogate ASAP.

Dr. Navarro reminded TJ and Molly that they had a lot of steps to get through, and there was no guarantee that Kristina would get pregnant on the first try.

The quickest results TJ and Molly could expect would be six months from now – and even then, there were no guarantees.

Molly and TJ still wanted to move forward with the lengthy process of becoming parents, but they worried about asking Kristina to put her life on hold for so long.

At Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) showed up to get a package that was delivered there.

Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) was in daycare, so Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) complained since Esme could’ve let him to watch his brother.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) asked about Esme’s new apartment, which Esme called cozy.

Josslyn Jacks (temporarily played by Courtney Fulk) suggested it was better than a jail cell before Esme asked to speak with Trina alone.

In the corridor, Esme thanked Trina for helping Spencer take a step back, but Trina made it clear that she didn’t do that for Esme.

Although Esme hoped they could be friends someday, Trina said that would never happen and suggested being cordial was as good as it would get. Although Esme didn’t remember the past, Trina would never forget.

Back inside, Josslyn opened Spencer’s gift and was pleased to see that it was a giant dartboard of his face.

Once Trina returned, Josslyn had to dash off to study with Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) since she felt bad for him.

Spencer talked to Trina about Esme, so Trina admitted she still didn’t trust her despite believing she’d changed.

After Esme made it back home with Ace, she held him as they put an ornament on the Christmas tree.

Esme suddenly flashed back to decorating her tiny tree with toilet paper while in captivity, so she dropped her ornament in shock over the memory.

At Kelly’s, John Brennan (Charles Mesure) got flirty with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) again, so she reminded him that she was seeing someone.

Brennan also let Carly know his security work would keep him in town for a while, but she still felt that she didn’t know much about him. After a phone call, Brennan had to take off abruptly.

In the morgue, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) gave Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) updates on his Jameson Forsyth research, so she identified the third photo as John Brennan and confirmed he was the new WSB director.

Since Brennan was involved in the botched op, Dante and Anna determined that he now wanted to get rid of the report and anyone in the loop.

After Dante called Sam to look into Brennan’s background, she did some online digging at Kelly’s.

Carly saw Brennan’s picture and was stunned to learn he was the director of the WSB since he said he did security consulting.

Back with Dante, he showed Anna the wallet with the 21 numbers, so she thought those might be for a Swiss bank account.

Anna suggested this clue could help them follow the trail of the $10 million that went missing.

Since they needed to tuck all the evidence away for safekeeping, Anna knew who to call. Dante and Anna wound up on the pier to wait for her contact.

Elsewhere, Brennan spoke with Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt), who said Dante was meeting Anna in the morgue and that the detective found the report in a train locker.

Brennan wanted Dante neutralized and the report destroyed along with any digital copies that might exist. That left Hume wondering what to do about Anna.

General Hospital spoilers say both Anna and Dante are about to wind up in a dangerous predicament, so stay tuned for the bad news that’s brewing.
