“B&B Recap: Wednesday’s Candid Conversation – Donna Addresses the Age Difference with Eric”
The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 25, reveals that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) talked to Katie Logan (Heather Tom) about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) grim condition and his refusal to tell the rest of his loved ones.
Donna acknowledged the age difference and knew Eric was a little older than her, but she still thought they’d have so many more years together.
Dr. Colin Colby’s (Justiin Davis) news about Eric only having six more months was really hitting Donna hard.
However, Katie urged Donna to savor every single second with Eric until the end. After Katie told her sister to honor, love and support Eric, Donna agreed to try despite all her fears.
At Forrester Creations, The Young and the Restless’ Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) and Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) arrived ahead of the fashion show since Lauren had given Esther her extra ticket.
Esther had always wanted a Forrester original, so she was hopeful about scoring a gorgeous gown at this exciting event. Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) eventually popped up to meet Lauren along with Esther.
In the design office, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) noticed Eric kept having coughing fits and wondered if he was all right, but Eric downplayed everything.
Once Lauren appeared, Eric introduced her to his grandson before RJ took off for more fashion show prep.
Although Lauren was thrilled over her invitation, she was confused over Eric’s insistence about this being his grand finale. As far as Lauren was concerned, Eric was the top of his game.
Nevertheless, Eric suggested he wasn’t as young as he used to be. Since Eric didn’t know how much he had left in him, he was determined to make a splash with one final collection.
Meanwhile, Charlie Webber (Dick Christie) became frustrated as he spoke to Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) over the phone. Although Charlie wanted Pam to attend the fashion show, Pam was busy baking lemon bars.
Charlie tried to tell Pam that he missed her, but he realized she’d already hung up. That led to Charlie declaring he was such a loser when it came to love.
In the corridor, Esther had a chat with Luna before RJ stole her away to deal with a shipment problem.
When Charlie caught Esther looking like she was up to something, he stopped her in her tracks and searched her bag.
Charlie found Esther’s feather duster, so Esther said she was a compulsive cleaner. After Charlie admitted he was as well, Esther introduced herself and mentioned that she was there with Lauren for the fashion show.
Charlie seemed rather smitten as he flirted with Esther and offered his name. Lauren interrupted and raised an eyebrow over the exchange before taking Esther to meet Eric.
Back in the design office on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Esther was quite starstruck as Eric kissed her hand and gave her a warm welcome.
Once Luna caught RJ looking worried, she assumed this was about his grandfather.
RJ mentioned that Eric was coughing in addition to his tremors, so he was eager for the fashion show to be over so Eric could focus on his health.
As for Eric, he coughed up more blood and seemed angry over the whole situation as he got rid of his handkerchief.
