Dr. Li Finnegan might make a fuss over her sister’s love life again.
Li Finnegan knows how to hold a grudge! It’s understandable that the Bold and the Beautiful doctor isn’t going to forgive Sheila anytime soon for trying to kill her. But Li doesn’t like it when Poppy has an unknowing affair.
Dr. Li Finnegan: The Problem With Poppy
The relationship between Li (Naomi Matsuda) and her sister Poppy (Romy Park) is likely to get even worse once Li finds out that Poppy’s gone on a date with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), the man who helped save Li after Sheila nearly killed her with her car.
Different Times
Maybe Li won’t mind that Poppy is dating Bill. For starters, Bill and Li’s dynamic never got off the ground. Sure, they got some nice response online. Fans were happy to see Bill involved with someone who wasn’t a Logan sister in light of the mess he helped make of both Katie’s (Heather Tom) and Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) lives.
Dr. Li Finnegan, Diagnosis: Drama
Li and Bill’s romance never truly got off the ground despite its potential. Bill does not work at the hospital and Li’s son is not involved in Bill’s business. There’s really nothing for Li to get dramatic about — but she’s probably going to throw a fit when she finds out Poppy and Bill had a date. Our advice to Poppy is to not be sitting near a bowl of pasta when Li learns the truth. She might dump it all over you or mush it in your face.
A More Calculating Approach
There’s no need to waste good Il Giardano food on Poppy. Li may not be so obvious as to throw food at her sister. She’s very clever. Remember when she whisked her son Finn (Tanner Novlan) out of the hospital so she could oversee his recovery from a gunshot wound privately?
Li will take a more delicate approach. She’ll use words like she might use a scalpel and make some cutting remarks about Poppy to Bill. She’ll ruin her sister’s happiness because she’s never forgiven her for jeopardizing her position at the hospital.
