“Love Triangle Tension: Steffy Demands Clarity on Hope’s Connection with Thomas”
Steffy Forrester wants answers and she wants them now.

In addition, Eric’s health continued to be everybody’s main focus. Meanwhile, Brooke supported Ridge, Steffy raved about Finn’s medical expertise, and Thomas was grateful Hope was there for him to lean on. Now, let’s dig deeper into the details of what went down.
The Eric Miracle
Eric’s (John McCook) health remained on everybody’s minds as Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye); Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan); and Hope (Annika Noelle, who recently celebrated her birthday) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) talked about the patriarch giving them their Christmas miracle.
A concerned and decidedly angsty Ridge hoped Eric would be grateful for the choice he made. The thing he was afraid of was what happens if Eric’s not the same person when he wakes up. Ridge feels Eric will hate him.
In flashbacks, Ridge thought about Bridget (Ashley Jones) and Finn taking Eric off the ventilator. In his memory, he doesn’t see a friendly expression on Eric’s face. Now he only has thoughts of the absolute worst-case scenario. What’s more is he thinks Eric wanted to be in the place he crossed over to but then got pulled back into a hospital bed.
This left Brooke working hard to talk Ridge down off the overthinking ledge. In turn, he thanked Brooke for being his rock. He let her know he’s so happy they’re on this journey together and he loves her.
The Finn Love Fest
Ano ther focus was how Finn came through for the Forrester family. Brooke mentioned it more than once. And, of course, Steffy was all about her man saving the day.
At the hospital, Steffy didn’t want to let a shirtless Finn go. She was so thankful to her husband for coming through for her family. And, because of his competence and know-how, she said there was nobody else she wanted to make love to more. Later, she even referred to him as her little miracle-worker.
Thomas and Hope even talked about being grateful for Finn working tirelessly to come up with a way to save Eric. Hope’s always had respect for Finn and they should be grateful he’s a part of their lives.
The Thomas Worry
Finally, Steffy expressed worry about Thomas as well as Thomas and Hope’s relationship. Initially, she told Finn that Thomas tended to internalize things so she was glad Hope was by his side to lean on. Then, she reverted back to her original thoughts. She doesn’t think Hope returns Thomas’s feelings despite Thomas being in love with the Hope For The Future head.
On Finn’s part, he understood why his wife had major concerns — because of Thomas’s past. Steffy relayed how she was worried Hope’s cavalier feelings for Thomas will send him right back to a dark place. On one hand, she’s happy he’s had a shoulder to lean on through this Eric crisis. On the other hand, things could take a turn any second if Hope truly doesn’t return Thomas’s feelings.
The Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth
Later, at Forrester Creations, Steffy witnessed Thomas raving over the fact that Hope has been there for him through some of his darkest hours over potentially losing Eric. He told Hope he loves her and he can see how much she loves him. Although, Hope didn’t say as much.
Steffy walked in and first appreciated how much support Hope has been for Thomas. Then she got down to the nitty gritty. She wanted to know if they’re simply hooking up or if this was a relationship now. Steffy told Hope not to toy with her brother’s feelings. She wanted the truth. Does Hope love Thomas or not?
