Ridge called Thorne (Winsor Harmon) while Eric reflected on his life. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Carter (Lawrence Saint-Vincent), Hope, Ridge, Katie (Heather Tom), and Brooke commiserated over Eric, but they also questioned the need for his party.

Eric toasted himself, but he wasn’t aware that everybody already knew his poor health news. Thorne and Bridget (Ashley Jones) arrived at Forrester Creations to reunite with their family and learn the dire news about their dad.

Eric gave Hope and Thomas his blessing while Bridget and Thorne did their best to keep it together, and later, he stumbled at his party. At the hospital, Li (Naomi Matsuda) questioned Finn (Tanner Novlan) about what he was doing there when he should be by his wife’s side at Eric’s party.

Eric shared emotional moments with his friends and family. They ended abruptly when Eric collapsed shortly after learning that he didn’t win the contest. At the hospital, Finn continued to work on a mystery project.
